A ‘host’ of tips and tricks for virtual presenting – IsoNation

Recently I was asked by the guys at IsoNation to host a webinar on things to think about now that we’re ALL presenting virtually.

I realise that for a lot of people it’s a confidence thing, so I’ve tried to focus on the things you can do that help you feel more relaxed when going online infront of others.

I think as people get used to this new way of attending events, the ‘rules’ on how the presenter/host should work have changed. We’re not expecting things to be as polished, as smooth or as neat. Also, we love some natural, real, human interaction. When the kids make a noise in the background, or the cat invades the desk, let it happen, embrace it and let it bring you and the participants down a notch to somewhere you’re all comfy!

Love to know what experiences & practises are working for you?

Working with the IsoNation guys was great. They are bringing businesses together for help and advice during the current pandemic that’s flipped so many lives upside down!
